Erica Brisson
Erica Brisson has served the people of the Granite State for the past 30 years in a variety of roles including as a general assignment videographer (WMUR-TV), Marketing Coordinator/Social Media Specialist (NH Lottery Commission), purchasing agent (NH Bureau of Purchase and Property) and currently as a Senior Contract Specialist (NH Department of Health and Human Services). She attended Lyndon State College in Vermont where she earned a BA in Telecommunications with a minor in English.
Born and raised in northern New Hampshire, Erica grew up hiking the White Mountains, skiing the slopes of Cannon Mountain and Bretton Woods, and enjoying summers cooling down at Upper Falls. Erica started her love of downhill skiing at the age of eight (8) years old when her parents signed up her for the Learn to Ski program at Cannon Mountain. From that point on she was obsessed with skiing.
Erica lives in Littleton with her dog Jolene and enjoys downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking, reading historical fiction and a good fruity-sour beer.

Ken Brumfield
Ken Brumfield's passion for the outdoors and the importance of building community goes back to his days in scouting. He grew up skiing, hiking, and camping throughout the NE. Since then, he's had the opportunity to live in multiple places in the US and abroad. He has recently settled in NH and looks forward to all NH has to offer and to be able to contribute to the outdoors community.
He brings the experience of being on multiple boards and a 20+ year career in the Information Technology field.

Scott Caisse
Scott is a dedicated volunteer at the ski hill, focused on keeping all of the equipment running smoothly. Scott Makes sure that the rope tow, groomer, snowmobile, and buildings are all in great working condition.
Scott has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and as a Controls Engineer at New England Wire, he brings a wealth of technical and mechanical expertise to the team. Scott lives with his family in Bethlehem and loves spending time outdoors with them, especially skiing. es here

Andy Couloumbe
Andy Coulombe is a behavioral specialist at an adaptive middle/high school in Berlin, New Hampshire, where he works closely with students to support their emotional development and behavioral needs. Born and raised in Berlin, Andy has always had a deep connection to the North Country—especially its outdoors. In the winter months, he can often be found skiing or snowboarding at Wildcat Mountain, or across the street at Pinkham skinning up the endless back country the whites has to offer- a place that has long felt like home.
Andy recently relocated to Littleton, NH, and has been eager to find ways to get involved in his new community. That passion for giving back led him to join the Mount Eustis board, where he’s excited to support outdoor recreation and strengthen community connections in the region.
Outside of work and volunteering, Andy enjoys playing sports, working in his garden, playing music, staying active, and exploring the mountains and trails that make northern New Hampshire such a special place to live.

Adam Harbilas
Adam holds a B.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management and Marketing Management, with a career spanning from the hospitality sector, where he started as an hourly worker and manager, to his current role in the technology sector. He specializes in data analysis and supports a sales team, while also focusing on process improvement.
Adam's diverse background includes trail maintenance and leadership experience, having contributed to maintaining the Appalachian Trail in Virginia and organizing hiking trips. He's passionate about skiing, having raced for the Virginia Tech ski team and obtained AIARE 1 certification after spending three years ski touring in Colorado. Adam's eagerness to learn extends to operating machinery and assisting with maintenance and capital projects. Adam and his wife Lauren live in Littleton where they enjoy working on their property and exploring the area.

Zach Johnsen
A North Country native, Zach Johnsen is a multidisciplinary artist and designer, working both in the commercial sphere and fine art world. He has worked with MTV, K2 Snowboards, ESPN, Arbor Collective, Nike, Gnu Snowboards, Icon Motosports, Slingshot Wakeboards, Bulleit Bourbon, Sony/BMG and more. His fine artwork has been displayed across the US, in Australia, Copenhagen, Japan and the UK.
Zach Johnson grew up with a passion for all things winter and snowsports. As a kid, Zach jumped on the opportunity to join ski school at his local mountain, The Balsams Wilderness, attributing early and affordable access to his life-long passion and involvement in snowsports culture. Now a resident of Littleton, Zach calls Mt. Eustis his local ski hill.

Jonathan Louttit
Jonathan is no stranger to mountain life. He grew up skiing in the Whites and has spent most of his life taking things apart, fixing them, and somehow making them better than before.
He works full-time as the Director of Engineering, for the Mount Washington Resort and Bretton Woods Ski Area managing everything from 100-year-old buildings to complex construction projects. He’s excited to bring his problem-solving mindset to Mt. Eustis and help out wherever he can.
When he’s not at work or volunteering, you’ll find Jonathan skiing, climbing, hiking or just adventuring outside with his girlfriend. -
Josh Marshall
Josh Marshall is a Grafton County native and an Attorney for Wescott Law. Josh’s law practice includes working with nonprofits and businesses with respect to formation, governance, dissolution, and a variety of transactions, as well as commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and employment law. Josh earned his J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and his B.A. from Ithaca College. In addition to his legal background, Josh brings to the table his experience working as a snowmaker and laborer at Dartmouth Skiway.
Josh and his fiancé, a hardworking and talented artist, recently moved to Littleton to make the North Country home again. He loves skiing, hiking, and all things outdoors. Local food, drink, and live music are some of Josh’s other favorite things, in addition to his dog, Stanley, cats, Clyde and Earl, and playing the bass guitar.

Shemeriah Nelson
Shemariah Nelson is passionate about volunteering and community support. She brings her experience of six years of running a mortgage loan processing company and volunteering for over 25 years to the Mt. Eustis Ski Hill. She has served as co-leader and treasurer for multiple military family groups and non-profits, fulfilling unique accounting needs.
Originally from Montana, Nelson moved to six states with her husband, a retired Army Ranger, before calling Littleton home. Beyond volunteering, she is passionate about real estate, remodeling properties, sampling local IPAs, reading non-fiction, and hoarding house plants.

John Plummer - President
John Plummer has worked at non-profit organizations for the last eight years. Currently a Land Protection Specialist for The Nature Conservancy in New Hampshire, John is responsible for helping to protect critical landscapes in the Granite State.
John attended the University of New Hampshire where he earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He has loved skiing for as long as he's been walking and is glad to be able to bring this passion and his management skills to Mt. Eustis Ski Hill.

Nanako Yano - Treasurer
Nanako Yano fell in love with the outdoors during college in California and since then, has tried to spend as much time as possible outside, exploring new trails and mountains. She discovered the White Mountains in graduate school and now can't imagine living anywhere else. Nanako especially loves the snowy winters and is excited to continue exploring all the skiing opportunities in the area.
Professionally, she works in the renewable energy industry and is passionate about accelerating de-carbonization efforts to mitigate the effects of climate change, including the impacts on affordability of snow sports. Nanako has a BA in Economics, an MBA, and an MPA (Masters in Public Administration). Nanako lives in Littleton with her partner Tyler and their black fluffy cat, Geraldine.
